European Combination Massage

Our most popular massage, the best of both worlds, this massage combines techniques used in Swedish and Deep Tissue massages. This traditional treatment pinpoints the specific needs of each individual. The benefits of a European Combination massage includes increased flexibility and tension relief as well as balancing of the body’s energy system.

Technique:

Signature massage that combines elements of mixed techniques with moderate pressure.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue

Tailored for sports and fitness enthusiasts, we alternate deep massage and stretching to relieve pain, discomfort, and muscular tension while increasing flexibility and circulation.

Technique:

This is a full body massage that incorporates slow, strong motion, hard massage movements with applied pressure which are deep and compress the underlying muscles. Kneading, wringing and skin rolling are Petrissage movements.

• Helps remove buildup of metabolic toxins (crunching and soreness in the neck)

Aromatherapy Massage

Technique:

• Performed by applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb and finger techniques to stimulate reflex areas.
• Hot Eucalyptus compress applied to feet.

Hot Stone Massage

Warmed Basalt Lava Stones are strategically placed on integral points of the body along with oil, providing deep penetration and creating sensations of comfort, blissful relaxation and warmth. Combined with traditional massage, the direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with massage alone.

• Alternate strokes are done with hands and hot stones
• Muscle knots are warmed up by positioning hot stones directly over them.

Pre-Natal Massage

• Lay on side and back with support bolster, never on tummy

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized type of medical massage.

It can help treat lymphedema, in which lymphatic fluid collects in certain areas of the body because it cannot drain away effectively.

Medical Massage

Medical massage addresses tight, stiff soft tissue improving circulation and increasing flexibility. • Clients can designate the site of work where pain or range of motion is obstructed. (For example, the massage therapist will work on one part of the body for an hour if needed, nothing else is touched).

CUPPING THERAPY

Our certified massage therapists use Cupping as a form of massage therapy to decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. Loosening up the muscles and making it easier for the body to relax allowing the therapist to alleviate tension. a great add-on to any massage or cupping therapy can be a stand alone treatment.
